A professional society, coupled with its social obligations to reach farmers, with scientific innovations for realization of benefit to the masses for economic, educational or health management and improving their living condition can prove to be boon for the society. TSBAS is a society formed by like-minded Scientists/ Technocrats/ Business persons and other luminaries to help people improve their status and contribute in overall advancement of the people in a sustainable manner, protecting natural resources and ecosystems.

- To establish, run take over or manage, erect, equip and maintain or contribute towards, establishments, erection, equipment and maintenance of schools, libraries, free-reading rooms, faculties departments, chairs lectureships, fellowships, institutes, research institutes and programs of study with an object to provide sound higher education to students by seeking recognition and to give instruction and training in all branches of knowledge and learning.
- To conduct research in education and other science, agriculture and environment disciplines on the different subject relating to education & publishing various journals, souvenirs, book & periodicals and news letters.
- To promote literacy, cultural and other social activities by Awareness Programmes, Adult Education Classes, Lectures, Essay Compilation Exhibitions, Symposiums, Cultural Programmes, Press Conference, Workshops, Conference and Seminars.
- To improve agricultural productivity, ensuring food security and human nutrition. The major activities under this programme will focus on application of proven biotechnological& Biodiversity researches & implementation at grassroots level and to promote Bio fuel farming and research.
- To empower students and community members with basic knowledge on biotechnology to create capability for understanding the positive and negative implications of scientific, agriculture and environmental advancements & to develop and promote rural technology parks. This will create awareness at village level for conservation and sustainable utilization of biodiversity and bioresources. The programme also encompasses training and technology in biofertilizers, vermicomposting, biopesticides, cultivation of medicinal herbs, floriculture, sericulture and mushroom production to enhance the family and farm income.
- To arrange and implement awareness programs ,conduct trainings and promote plantations for pollution control and environmental conservation to make the community in tune with broadly accepted social principles and legal enactments.
- Empowerment of women by gender sensitization to ensure that women are positively impacted by development programmes, and are given equal opportunities to get their due status in society and public service.
- Water and land Resource Development: Conservation of water resources and efficient use of available water for drinking and agricultural usage are the major goals. While implementing various watershed development projects, new and traditional methods will be invented/modernized for harvesting rain water and to ensure equitable distribution through usersβ organizations. Developing farm ponds network for recharging open wells, as well as bore wells and to revive the rivulets to combat drinking water problem and drought in rural areas.
- To establish Plant Health Clinic Centre and consultancy services at Village and Districts levels for authentic diagnosis and proper suggestion towards management of important diseases and pests of crops, trees, ornamentals, vegetables and other important agricultural crops.
- To establish Animal Health Clinic Centre and consultancy services at Village and Districts levels for authentic diagnosis and proper suggestion towards management of important diseases and pests of cattle, dogs, birds and other important domestic pets.
- To provide foods, cloths, medical aid, stationary, transportation, libraries, laboratories, reading rooms, hostels, play grounds, swimming pool and other possible facilities to the students and also to be the members of the society.
- To arrange and organize various kinds of child welfare, family welfare, family planning programme / activities.
- To promote prizes, scholarships, exhibitions, bursaries and funds for the purpose of promoting and improving the education of all branches of knowledge and learning.
- To engage, employ or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts and other professionals, attorneys, managers and agents for the work and furtherance of the aims and objects of the society and to pay their wages, salaries, stipends fees.
- To purchase / acquire the land and / or the building in the name of the society and make construction there upon.
- To facilitate the exchange of ideas and knowledge between members and the Society, and the community in general by holding lectures, seminars, discussion, groups or other means, to establish and maintain libraries of pertinent publications.
- To pay tuition fees, examination fees, boarding and lodging to deserving students and to supply books free of cost to such students.
- To do such other things / acts/ activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the object of the society.
- All the activities shall be Non-profitable and shall be done on No Profit No Loss basis.
- All the incomes, earnings movable or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonds, profit or in any manner whatsoever, to the present or past members of the society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No member of the society shall have any personal claims on any movable or immovable properties of the society or make any profit, whatsoever, by virtue of his membership.
